摘 要:棉花播种作业中,排种器故障常引发大面积漏播、重播问题,增加了人工补种的劳动成本,为后续机械化收获带来诸多不便。棉花播种监测技术可有效解决这一问题,本文论述了当前广泛应用的4种棉花播种监测技术,对光电式、压电式、电容式和机器视觉式4种监测技术的研究现状、应用情况和优缺点进行了分析。为实现棉花生产的提质增效及播种过程的智能化、信息化,亟需展开棉花精量播种监测关键技术的探索与研究。During the cotton seeding operation,malfunctions of the seed dispenser frequently result in issues such as large-scale seeding omissions and reseeding.These problems not only increase the labor costs associated with manual reseeding but also pose significant inconveniences for subsequent mechanized harvesting.Cotton seeding monitoring technology offers an effective solution to this problem.This paper comprehensively explores four types of seeding monitoring technologies that are currently widely applied.It conducts in-depth analyses of the research status,practical applications,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of four monitoring technologies,namely photoelectric,piezoelectric,capacitive,and machine vision.To enhance the quality and efficiency of cotton production and to promote the intelligence and informatization of the cotton seeding process,it is imperative to conduct thorough exploration and research on the key technologies of cotton precision seeding monitoring.
