摘 要:为优化甜菜生产布局,发挥新疆地区甜菜产业的特色优势,本研究基于比较优势理论进行了深入分析。利用2012~2021年的相关数据,采用改进的专业化指数和综合比较优势指数法,深入探讨新疆地区在甜菜生产领域所展现出的比较优势。结果表明,改进的专业化指数方面,伊犁州、博州、巴州具有相对优势;综合比较优势方面,伊犁州、巴州具有明显优势。建议通过合理优化新疆甜菜生产区域布局、实现甜菜产业链协同发展、完善甜菜补贴政策体系、加强技术引进与创新等措施进一步提升新疆甜菜的生产效率和质量。In order to optimize the sugar beet production layout and give full play to the characteristic advantages of the sugar beet industry in Xinjiang region,this study conducted an in-depth analysis based on the theory of comparative advantage.Using the relevant data from 2012 to 2021,the improved specialization index and the comprehensive comparative advantage index method were used to explore the comparative advantages of Xinjiang region in the field of sugar beet production.The results show that Yili Prefecture,Bo Prefecture and Bazhou Prefecture have relative advantages in terms of the improved specialization index;and that Yili Prefecture and Bazhou Prefecture have obvious advantages in terms of the comprehensive comparative advantage.It is recommended to further improve the production efficiency and quality of sugar beet in Xinjiang by rationally optimizing the regional layout of sugar beet production in Xinjiang,realizing the synergistic development of the sugar beet industry chain,improving the sugar beet subsidy policy system,and strengthening the introduction and innovation of technology.
