摘　　要：新质生产力在新时代经济发展背景下日益获得关注,其代表着先进的生产技术、可持续发展的生产力形态与全新的价值创造方式。以创新为核心驱动力的新质生产力与高校毕业生社会化配置的价值基点高度契合,将新质思维植入高校就业创业指导工作,聚焦精准育人意识,发挥服务倍增效应。要实现新质生产力为高校毕业生就业创业指导工作赋能,需要更新指导理念,设立产学研一体化平台,以专项赛事培育专业劳动者,提升毕业生就业创业胜任力。New quality productivity is receiving increasing attention in the context of economic development in the new era,representing advanced production technology,sustainable forms of productivity,and new ways of value creation.The new quality productivity driven by innovation is highly compatible with the value basis of socialized allocation of college graduates.The new quality thinking is integrated into the employment and entrepreneurship guidance work of colleges and universities,focusing on the awareness of precise education and exerting the service multiplier effect.To empower the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of college graduates with new quality productivity,it is necessary to update the guidance concept,establish an integrated platform of industry university research,cultivate professional workers through special competition pools,and enhance the employment and entrepreneurship competence of graduates.
