摘  要:随着选煤厂入洗原煤压力增加,煤炭高效分选的重要性日益凸显。针对传统原煤分选装备处理能力不足、分选效率低、铁屑回收率差等问题,研制了一款智能自控型两级组合原煤分选装置,并在选煤厂进行了试验研究。结果表明:智能自控原煤分选装置在各项技术指标上都有显著的改进和优势,设备处理能力提升12.2%,分选效率提升10.6%,能耗降低6.7%,铁屑回收率提升13.4%。为煤炭洗选提供了一种经济有效、可持续的解决方案。As the pressure on coal preparation plants to process raw coal increases,the importance of efficient coal separation has become increasingly critical.Traditional coal separation equipment often suffers from limitations such as insufficient processing capacity,low separation efficiency,and poor recovery of iron impurities.To address these challenges,we developed an intelligent,self-controlled two-stage coal separation system and conducted field trials in a coal washing plant.The results demonstrate significant improvements in key performance metrics:the system increased processing capacity by 12.2%,enhanced separation efficiency by 10.6%,reduced energy consumption by 6.7%,and improved iron impurity recovery by 13.4%.This innovative system provides a cost-effective and sustainable solution for coal industry,offering a promising approach to meet the growing demands for efficient and environmentally friendly coal processing.
