摘 要:针对选煤厂圆筒仓储量缺少精确计算方法及储量估算误差大等问题,深入分析了圆筒仓内部煤炭的堆积形态,以小直径单排料口圆筒仓储量模型研究为基础,采用削切法并通过参数变换,成功推导出单点入料条件下多种卸料形式的圆筒储量精确计算模型,并通过BIM模型验证。该研究成果简易、易读、快速、准确、适应性强,有效提高了圆筒仓储量估算的准确性及设计效率,推动圆筒仓储量设计从“粗放型”向“精确型”的转变,对提升行业整体设计水平具有重要意义。To address the lack of precise calculation methods and significant estimation errors for coal storage volumes in cylindrical silos at coal preparation plants,the coal accumulation morphology inside silos was analyzed.Building upon foundational research on storage volume models for small-diameter silos with single discharge outlets,a cutting-plane method with parameter transformation was employed to derive an accurate computational model for silo volumes under single-point feeding conditions with multiple discharge configurations.And the model was validated using BIM technology.The proposed solution demonstrates simplicity,readability,speed,accuracy,and strong adaptability,achieving estimation accuracy improvement and design efficiency increase.This research facilitates a paradigm shift in silo design from “empirical estimates” to “precision engineering”,significantly advancing industry design standards.
