摘 要:针对倾斜综采工作面倾角、采长频繁变化等问题,以华亭煤矿250107-1工作面回采为工程背景,分析了工作面实际采长变化对工作面正常生产的影响,得出了实现工作面等采长回采的前提条件,即按照工作面回采巷道最大高程差位置处的正倾斜工作面长度来设计切眼以及确定液压支架、刮板输送机中部槽数目。研究了工作面回采巷道高程差、工作面采长、伪斜调整距离Δl之间的空间几何关系,推导得出了伪斜调整距离与工作面倾角之间的定量化关系,提出了实现综采面等采长回采的插帮割煤调斜、调正回采工艺,为同类工作面安全高效回采提供了参考。To address the challenges posed by frequent variations in dip angles and mining lengths within inclined fully mechanized longwall faces,we took the No.250107-1 working face at Huating Coal Mine as an engineering prototype.The impact of mining length changes on normal production of the working face was analyzed,and the prerequisite for achieving constant mining length was obtained,which is to design open-of and determine the numbers of hydraulic supports and scraper conveyor line pans according to the length of the orthogonally inclined working face at the maximum elevation difference position of the mining roadway.Through rigorous spatial geometric analysis of the elevation discrepancy in mining roadways,face mining length,and pseudo-inclined adjustment distance(Δl),the relationship between pseudo-inclined adjustment distance and face dip angle was mathematically derived.Furthermore,a rib-side coal cutting method was developed,integrating inclination adjustment and alignment correction processes to maintain constant mining length.The results can provide references for safe and efficient mining in similar working faces.
