摘  要:为解决煤矿主生产系统人工调度滞后、无法从全局考虑等问题,提出采用智能矿山综合管控平台实现全矿井主生产过程的综合管控的思路。通过对包括采煤、掘进、采区胶带运输、采区煤仓、大巷胶带运输、井底煤仓、提升、地面原煤仓、洗选加工、产品仓等环节在内的主生产过程进行分析,提出现存的原煤生产能力和运输能力不均衡、设备兼容性与稳定性、生产环节中的暂存点与协调性等问题,依托管控平台数据整合与处理能力、跨设备与系统的协同能力、决策支持与优化功能,提出包含感知层、数据层、应用层的三层生产协同管控体系,并重点阐述生产协同所依赖的大数据及云计算、边缘计算、数字孪生、人工智能及决策算法等关键技术,分辅助决策及应急控制、智能决策及自主管控对生产协同管控应用路径进行了论述。To address the issues of lagging manual scheduling and limited global consideration in the main production system of coal mines,it was proposed to apply an intelligent mine comprehensive management and control platform for the integrated management and control of the entire mine's primary production process.Through analyzing the key production stages,including coal mining,tunneling,conveyor belt transportation in mining areas,coal bunkers,main roadway belt transportation,shaft bottom coal bunkers,lifting,ground raw coal bunkers,coal preparation,and product storage,several challenges were identified,such as coal flow balance influenced by geological factors,equipment compatibility and stability issues,and coordination challenges among temporary storage points in the production chain.Leveraging the platform's capabilities in data integration and processing,cross-device and system collaboration,and decision support and optimization,a three-tier production collaborative management and control system was introduced,consisting of the data layer,control layer,and application layer.The critical role of technologies was emphasized,such as big data and cloud computing,edge computing,digital twins,artificial intelligence,and decision-making algorithms,in enabling production collaboration.Furthermore,the application pathways were discussed for production collaborative management and control,distinguishing between auxiliary decision-making and emergency control,as well as intelligent decision-making and autonomous management.
