摘  要:以陕西榆林凉水井矿431301工作面运输巷为工程背景,基于回采过程顶板运动特征,分别构建直接顶弯曲下沉、垮落以及基本顶回转下沉、稳定等四个阶段下巷旁支护体上方围岩时空演化的力学模型,推算出在不同阶段中沿空留巷顶板运动对巷旁支护体施加的侧向载荷的表达式,确定了顶板影响因素与支护体侧向受载大小的耦合关系。结果表明:巷旁支护体侧向受载程度与直接顶厚度成反比,与岩梁弯曲旋转角度成正比,同时与基本顶“悬臂梁”长度呈正相关。基于数值模拟结果,通过切顶缩短巷旁支护体上方顶板长度,增大巷旁支护体宽度增强其强度,最终提出沿空留巷巷旁支护体减载控制方案,确定切顶高度为10.73 m,切顶角度为20°,巷旁支护体合理宽度为1.6 m。Taking the No.431301 working face haulage roadway in Liangshuijing Mine,Yulin,Shaanxi as the engineering background,we investigated the lateral load mechanism on gob-side roadway support based on roof movement characteristics during coal mining.Mechanical models of surrounding rock evolution above the roadside support were established for four distinct stages:bending subsidence of immediate roof,caving of immediate roof,rotational subsidence of main roof,and stabilization of main roof.Analytical expressions for lateral loads exerted by roof movement on the support structure were derived,revealing the coupling relationship between roof parameters and lateral load magnitude.The results show that the lateral loading degree of the roadside support is inversely proportional to the thickness of the immediate roof,proportional to the bending rotation angle of the rock beam,and positively correlated with the length of the cantilever beam of the main roof.Based on the numerical simulation results,the roof length above the roadside support body is shortened by roof cutting,and the width of the roadside support body is increased to enhance its strength.Finally,the load reduction control scheme of the roadside support body of the gob-side entry retaining was proposed.The roof cutting height was 10.73 m,the roof cutting angle was 20°,and the reasonable width of the roadside support body was 1.6 m.
