神府富油煤不同显微组分分子结构特性研究

摘  要:为了研究富油煤不同显微组分分子结构特征差异,深度理解其结构特性,以神府煤田大保当煤为研究对象,通过等密度梯度离心法分离出富镜质组和富惰质组两种显微组分,分别采用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、固体核磁共振波谱分析(^(13)C-NMR)、X射线衍射光谱分析(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱测试(XPS)技术对富集的显微组分进行分子结构分析研究。^(13)C-NMR的结果显示,富镜质组中含有较多与脂肪碳相关的结构,而富惰质组中含有较多与芳香碳相关的结构;FTIR结果表明,富镜质组中含有丰富的含氧官能团,其脂肪烃结构更短,支链化程度高,而对于富惰质组,苯环三取代和五取代成为了芳香氢的主要取代方式,占比均接近37%;XRD结果显示神府大保当煤富镜质组和富惰质组的微晶结构相差不大,物理结构差异较小。XPS结果表明镜质组的含氧官能团多以酚羟基氧和醚基氧、羧基氧存在,氮元素的主要赋存形态是吡啶型氮和吡咯型氮,为热解焦油产率的提升提供了可能。研究成果可为富油煤开发利用和转化技术研发提供理论参考。To elucidate the molecular structure differences among microscopic components of tar-rich coal and advance the understanding of its structural properties,we focused on the separation of vitrinite and inertinite from Dabaodang coal in the Shenfu coal field using density gradient centrifugation.The enriched macerals were systematically analyzed using FTIR,solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(~(13)C-NMR),XRD and XPS.~(13)C-NMR analysis revealed that vitrinite-rich samples are characterized by a higher proportion of aliphatic carbon structures,whereas inertinite-rich samples exhibit a predominance of aromatic carbon structures.FTIR results further demonstrated that vitrinite contains a greater concentration of oxygen-containing functional groups and shorter,highly branched aliphatic hydrocarbons,while inertinite is distinguished by benzene ring trisubstituents and pentasubstituents as the primary aromatic hydrogen substitutions.XRD analysis indicated that the microcrystalline structures of both maceral groups are similar,with minimal differences in their physical arrangements.Additionally,XPS results highlighted that oxygen-containing functional groups in vitrinite are primarily composed of phenolic hydroxyl,ether,and carboxyl oxygen,while nitrogen is predominantly present as pyridine-and pyrrole-type nitrogen.These structural features suggest a potential pathway for enhancing pyrolysis tar yields.This study provides valuable insights for the development and utilization of tar-rich coal and the advancement of coal conversion technologies.
