摘 要:为治理瓦斯抽放干式钻孔施工过程中产生的大量粉尘,基于碎软煤层钻孔产生的呼吸性粉尘占比较高的特点,提出干式孔口除尘的新技术,即以煤矿井下压风作为除尘装置的动力,首先利用旋风除尘技术进行初级除尘后,再通过布袋除尘技术进一步过滤净化,进而实现高效除尘。重点研究了除尘装置的结构参数,根据旋风除尘和布袋除尘的阻力,对除尘装置的动力进行了优化设计,并在碎软煤层钻孔进行现场试验,结果表明:干式孔口除尘装置总粉尘除尘效率达98%以上,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率达96%以上,能有效解决碎软煤层钻孔过程中的粉尘污染。In order to control the large amount of dust produced in the construction of gas drainage dry drilling,based on the characteristics of high proportion of respirable dust produced by drilling in broken soft coal seam,a new technology of dry orifice dust removal is put forward.Firstly,the cyclone dust removal technology is used for primary dust removal;then,the bag dust removal is deployed for further filter purification,to achieve efficient dust removal.The structural parameters of the dust removal device are studied,and according to the resistance of cyclone dust removal and bag dust removal,the power of dust removal device is optimized.Results of field test in broken soft coal seam drilling showed:the total dust removal efficiency of the dry orifice dust removal device is over 98%,the dust removal efficiency of respirable dust is over 96%,demonstrating a favorable treatment effect for the dust pollution in the drilling of broken soft coal seams.
