全程优质护理联合个性化健康教育在行钬激光碎石术上尿路结石患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程优质护理联合个性化健康教育在行钬激光碎石术上尿路结石患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月东南大学附属中大医院江北院区收治的120例上尿路结石患者的一般资料。根据所采用的护理方法,研究对象被分为2组,即对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组基于常规护理给予全程优质护理联合个性化健康教育。比较2组的疼痛程度、手术耐受性、疾病认知水平和并发症。结果观察组在术后6 h、12 h、24 h及48 h的视觉模拟评分法评分均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05)。麻醉前,观察组的心率、收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05),但2组均高于术前1 d(P均<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的基础知识、饮水与饮食知识、运动知识和预防与治疗相关知识评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05),且2组均高于术前(P均<0.05)。观察组在术后1个月的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理联合个性化健康教育在行钬激光碎石术的上尿路结石患者中应用,可以确保手术顺利进行,并缓解疼痛感,提高疾病认知水平,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course high-quality nursing combined with personalized health education in patients with upper urinary tract calculi undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a retrospective analysis was conducted on the general information of 120 patients with upper urinary tract calculi who were admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University(Jiangbei).According to the nursing methods,the study subjects were divided into two equal-sized groups:a control group and an observation group(60 in each).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received wholecourse high-quality nursing combined with personalized health education in addition to the routine nursing.The pain intensity,surgical tolerance,disease awareness level,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had lower scores of the Visual Analogue Scale than the control group at 6,12,24,and 48 h after surgery(P<0.05).Before anesthesia,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but both groups had higher levels than 1 day before surgery(P<0.05).At 1 month after surgery,the observation group had higher scores than the control group in basic knowledge,drinking and diet knowledge,exercise knowledge,and prevention and treatment related knowledge(P<0.05),and both groups had higher scores than those before surgery(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of wholecourse high-quality nursing combined with personalized health education in patients with upper urinary tract calculi undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy can ensure the smooth surgery, alleviate the pain, improve the disease awareness, and reduce the incidence of complications.
