基于危急手术团队的护理方案在危急重症手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于危急手术团队的护理方案应用于进行手术治疗危急重症患者的干预效果。方法回顾性分析2020年11月至2022年12月在江南大学附属医院接受手术治疗的110例危急重症患者的临床资料,按照手术护理方案的差异将其分为研究组(52例)与对照组(58例)。2组均接受常规手术室护理,研究组加用基于危急手术团队的护理方案。对比救治效果及患者满意度等指标的变化。结果研究组的预警率、抢救率及救治成功率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组决定手术至进入手术室的时间、手术室护理准备的时间及进入手术室至开始手术的时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05);2组在救治过程中均未发生不良事件,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者的手术满意率对比,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在危急重症患者手术治疗中应用基于危急手术团队的护理方案,可提高救治成功率,缩短手术反应时间,提升患者的满意度,且无不良事件的发生。Objective To investigate the intervention effect of a nursing plan based on a critical surgery team in critically ill patients undergoing surgical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 110 critically ill patients who underwent surgical treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from November 2020 to December 2022.The patients were divided into a study group(52 cases)and a control group(58 cases)according to differences in surgical nursing plans.Both groups received routine operating room nursing care,while the study group added a nursing plan based on a critical surgery team.Changes in treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction indicators were compared.Results The warning rate,rescue rate,and success rate were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The study group demonstrated that the time from surgery order to entry into the operating room,the time for preparing nursing care in the operating room,and the time from entry into the operating room to the start of surgery were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in either group during the treatment process,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Surgical satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing plans based on critical surgery teams in the surgical treatment of critically ill patients can improve the success rate of treatment,shorten surgical response time,enhance patient satisfaction,and ensure that no adverse events occurred.
