舒适口腔护理联合口腔卫生宣教对正畸患者牙釉质脱矿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在正畸患者中应用舒适口腔护理联合口腔卫生宣教的价值及对其牙釉质脱矿的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2023年4月南京医科大学附属口腔医院收治的98例正畸患者,回顾性收集其临床资料,根据护理方案的不同分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受舒适口腔护理+口腔卫生宣教。比较2组护理前后的牙釉质脱矿程度、牙周健康状况、炎症水平及口腔健康自我管理能力。结果观察组的牙釉质脱矿程度及脱矿率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理3个月和6个月后,2组的菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数评分及肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于同组护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05)。护理6个月后,2组的口腔健康自我管理知识、信念、行为及环境评分均高于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均较对照组更高(P均<0.05)。结论在正畸患者中应用舒适口腔护理联合口腔卫生宣教,可减少患者牙釉质脱矿的发生,提高其口腔健康自护能力,改善其口腔健康状况。Objective To explore the value of comfort oral nursing combined with oral hygiene education in orthodontic patients and its effect on enamel demineralization.Methods Ninety-eighty orthodontic patients admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from August 2021 to April 2023 were enrolled,and their clinical data were retrospectively collected.According to the different nursing plans,they were assigned into a control group(49 cases)and an observation group(49 cases).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfort oral nursing and oral hygiene education.The degree of enamel demineralization,periodontal health status,inflammation level,and self-management ability of oral health were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The degree of enamel demineralization and incidence rate of enamel demineralization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of nursing,the plaque index,gingival index,sulcus bleeding index,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein levels in both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group exhibited a lower level of these indicators in comparison with the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the scores of oral health self-management knowledge,belief,behaviors,and environment in both groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group achieved higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort oral nursing combined with oral hygiene education in orthodontic patients can reduce the occurrence of enamel demineralization,improve their oral health self-care ability,and enhance their oral health status.
