右旋布洛芬栓联合耳尖放血在感冒风热证患儿护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨右旋布洛芬栓联合耳尖放血护理感冒风热证患儿的疗效。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月三明市中西医结合医院儿科收治的118例感冒风热证患儿,通过随机数字表法分为2组,各59例。对照组予以右旋布洛芬栓治疗,观察组予以右旋布洛芬栓联合耳尖放血护理。对比2组患儿的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的总有效率和血小板计数均明显高于对照组,临床症状消失时间均早于对照组,中医证候各项评分、淋巴细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比及不良反应总发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论采取右旋布洛芬栓联合耳尖放血护理感冒风热证患儿,不仅能够提高总有效率,缩短临床症状消失时间,还能改善中医证候评分和相关血常规指标,降低不良反应发生率,加速患儿康复。Objective To explore the efficacy of dexibuprofen suppository combined with ear apex blood-letting in the nursing of children with common cold of wind-heat syndrome.Methods A total of 118 children with common cold of wind-heat syndrome were selected from the Pediatrics Department of Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital between April 2022 and April 2023.They were divided into two groups by means of a random number table,with 59 cases allocated to each group.The control group was treated with dexibuprofen suppository,while the observation group was treated with dexibuprofen suppository combined with ear apex blood-letting.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total effective rate and platelet count of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms was earlier than that of the control group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,lymphocyte count,neutrophil percentage,and total incidence of adverse reactions were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of dexibuprofen suppository combined with ear apex blood-letting for the nursing of children with common cold of wind-heat syndrome can not only improve the total effective rate and shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,but also improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and related blood routine parameters,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and accelerate the recovery of children.
