危机理论指导下的创伤急救护理在严重创伤失血性休克患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨危机理论指导下的创伤急救护理在严重创伤失血性休克患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月在济南市第八人民医院急诊科就诊的80例严重创伤失血性休克患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,即对照组、观察组,均为40例。对照组行常规急救护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加危机理论指导下的创伤急救护理。对比2组的抢救效果。结果观察组的抢救成功率以及入院10 min、20 min的体温均高于对照组,检查完成时间、术前准备时间、休克缓解时间、住院时间均短于或早于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论在严重创伤失血性休克患者中应用危机理论指导下的创伤急救护理,可以提高抢救成功率,缩短抢救时间和患者住院时间,稳定其体温,减少并发症。Objective To explore the application effect of emergency trauma nursing guided by crisis theory in the patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock treated in the Emergency Department of the Eighth People's Hospital of Jinan between January 2021 and June 2023 were enrolled.These patients were allocated into control and observation groups by the use of a random number table,each with 40 patients.The control group received routine emergency nursing,and the observation group additionally received emergency trauma nursing guided by the crisis theory.The first aid effect of the two groups was compared.Results The success rate of first aid and the body temperature at 10 and 20 min after admission in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The time required for examination completion,preoperative preparation,shock remission,and length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group.The total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency trauma nursing guided by crisis theory in patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock can increase the success rate of first aid,shorten the time of first aid and hospitalization,stabilize the body temperature,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
