摘　　要：目的探析快速康复外科护理在面肌痉挛患者围手术期的应用价值和临床意义。方法回顾分析山东大学齐鲁医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的150例接受面神经微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛患者的临床资料,其中实施常规护理的76例患者入对照组,实施快速康复外科护理的74例患者入观察组,比较2组的术后并发症发生率、症状分级及恢复情况。结果观察组干预及随访期间发生舌咽神经功能受损、听力受损、脑脊液漏及低颅压综合征的总发生率为1.35%,较对照组的9.22%更低(P<0.05)。术后即刻和出院时,观察组症状分级为0级的比例分别为86.49%、93.25%,均高于对照组的72.37%和81.58%(P均<0.05)。观察组面部痉挛完全消失时间和住院治疗时间分别早于或短于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论在面肌痉挛患者围手术期中应用快速康复外科护理,对术后并发症控制、症状分级改善以及临床症状恢复等均可产生积极影响。Objective To explore the application value and clinical significance of fast-track surgery nursing in the perioperative period of patients with facial spasm.Methods The clinical data of 150 facial spasm patients treated with microvascular decompression in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The control group consisted of 76 patients receiving conventional nursing,while the observation group consisted of 74 patients receiving fast-track surgery nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,symptom grade,and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications such as glossopharyngeal nerve dysfunction,hearing impairment,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,and intracranial hypotension syndrome during the intervention and follow-up in the observation group was 1.35%,which was lower than 9.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after surgery and at discharge,the proportion of patients with symptom grade 0 in the observation group was 86.49%and 93.25%,respectively,which was higher than 72.37%and 81.58%recorded in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited reduced complete disappearance time of facial spasms,decreased duration of hospitalization,and a lower recurrence rate in comparison to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fast-track surgery nursing in the perioperative period of patients with facial spasm has positive effects on postoperative complication control,improvement of symptom grade,and recovery of clinical symptoms.
