摘　　要：目的介绍一种两洞三分隔多功能造瘘袋的设计与应用。本新型造瘘袋属于创新护理用具,造瘘袋的设计特别,由2个洞口、3个分隔的腔室、可360°旋转的固定卡扣、过滤网、3个可自由开关式的阀门5个部分组成。本新型造瘘袋适合于行全膀胱切除术的患者使用,不仅有利于医护人员有效地观察引流情况,还可以巧妙地减少造瘘袋对腹部正中切口的影响。此外,其创新设计还能满足医疗领域中其他引流导管的特定需求。目前,已获得国家实用新型专利。Objective This paper introduces the design and application of a multifunctional wound drainage pouch with two holes and three chambers.This new wound drainage pouch is an innovative nursing appliance.It has been designed with specific consideration for its function,which is composed of two holes,three separated chambers,a fixed buckle that can be rotated 360°,a filter screen,and three free-switching valves.The new wound drainage pouch is suitable for patients undergoing total cystectomy,which not only helps medical staff effectively observe the drainage,but also subtly reduces the impact of wound drainage pouch on the median abdominal incision.In addition,its innovative design can also meet the specific needs of other drainage catheters in the medical field.At present,the invention has obtained national utility model patents.
