硬脂酸改性含木质素的纤维素微纳米纤丝增强纸基复合材料防水防油性能研究

摘  要:本研究以未漂桉木浆为原料制备含木质素的纤维素微纳米纤丝(LCMNF),通过接枝硬脂酸的长链烷烃提升其抗水性能;再将其分别与未改性LCMNF依次沉积在滤纸表面,形成顶层为LCMNF、中间层为改性LCMNF的双层结构增强的纸基复合材料。通过热压工艺,将双层结构中的LCMNF紧密结合,以增强纸基复合材料的防水防油性能。结果表明,依次沉积8 g/m^(2)的改性LCMNF和12 g/m^(2)的未改性LCMNF(12LM-8LMS)时,制得纸基复合材料的Cobb_(60)值和透气度均显著降低,分别为16.5 g/m^(2)和≤0.003μm/(Pa·s),为原纸的16.2%和0.02%;同时,kit值从0提升至12,防油性能显著提升。This study utilized unbleached eucalyptus pulp to prepare lignin-containing cellulose micro/nanofibrils(LCMNF),enhancing their wa⁃terproof by grafting long-chain alkanes using stearic acid.These modified fibrils were then sequentially deposited on the filter paper alongside un⁃modified LCMNF,forming the enhancing paper-based composites with a top layer of LCMNF and a middle layer of modified fibrils in a bilayer structure.Through thermal pressing process,the LCMNF of bilayer structure was tightly bonded,improving the waterproof and oil-proof perfor⁃mance of the paper-based composites.The results showed that Cobb60 value and air permeability of the prepared paper-based composites that de⁃positing 8 g/m^(2) modified and 12 g/m^(2) of unmodified LCMNF were significantly reduced to 16.5 g/m²and≤0.003μm/(Pa·s),respectively,which were 16.2%and 0.02%of those of the original paper.Meanwhile,the kit value increased from 0 to 12,demonstrating a significant enhancement in oil-proof performance.
