摘　　要：为研究卷接机针辊转速与造纸法薄片烟支工艺指标的相关性,首先通过设计三因素五水平正交实验,建立了针辊转速与卷接机工艺参数的多元线性回归模型,其次,改变针辊转速,分析针辊转速与造纸法薄片烟支工艺指标中的烟支质量、烟支质量标偏及吸阻标偏的相关性,最后,通过设计三因素三水平正交实验,分析了针辊转速、梗丝配比、造纸法薄片配比对吸阻标偏的影响。结果表明,针辊转速与卷接机工艺参数的回归评价指标R2=0.999,能较准确实现针辊转速的预测与控制,针辊转速与造纸法薄片烟支重量、烟支重量标偏工艺指标具有较强的相关性,与吸阻标偏工艺指标相关性一般,梗丝配比、造纸法烟草薄片配比与吸阻相关性较强。To investigate the correlation between needle roller speed of the cigarette making machine and papermaking reconstituted cigarette process indicators,firstly,3-factor 5-level orthogonal experiments was developed to establish a multiple linear regression model between the needle roller speed and other process parameters of the cigarette making machine.Next,by adjusting the needle roller speed,its correlation with papermaking reconstituted cigarette process indicators such as cigarette weight,standard deviation of cigarette weight,and suction re⁃sistance standard deviation were analyzed.Finally,by designing 3-factor 3-level orthogonal experiments,the effects of needle roller speed,stem wire ratio,and papermaking reconstituted cigarette slicer ratio on the suction resistance standard deviation were analyzed.The results showed that the regression evaluation index R2 for the needle roller speed and cigarette making machine process parameters was 0.999,which could predict accurately and control the needle roller speed,there was a strong correlation between the needle roller speed and the cig⁃arette weight and its standard deviation,but a general correlation with suction resistance standard deviation,there was a strong correlation between stem wire ratio and papermaking reconstituted cigarette slicer ratio on the suction resistance standard deviation.
