深部协调式全采地表沉陷规律与减变形机理研究

摘  要:本文以林西矿深部协调开采工作面为例,采用数值模拟计算方法,分析了协调式全采过程中的覆岩破坏特征和地表移动变形演化规律,通过对比相同地质条件下的顺序开采,揭示了协调式全采技术减变形机理及其深部适用性。研究结果表明:协调式全采技术通过工作面的采动程度与条带煤柱的隔离作用可以控制覆岩阶段性破坏与沉降;协调式全采技术在跳采阶段地表移动变形的速率明显小于顺序开采,但在煤柱回收阶段地表移动变形速率则快速增大;深部条件下,多工作面开采也很难达到充分采动,此时协调式全采方案与顺序开采方案的地表移动变形分布规律最终基本相同,深部条件下协调式全采技术的地表减变形效果较差。In this paper,taking the deep coordinated mining working face of Linxi Mine as an example,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the failure characteristics of overlying strata and the evolution law of surface movement and deformation in the process of coordinated full mining.By comparing the sequential mining under the same geological conditions,the deformation reduction mechanism of coordinated full mining technology and its deep applicability are revealed.The research results indicate that the coordinated full mining technology can control the stage failure and settlement of overlying strata through the degree of mining movement of the working face and the isolation effect of strip coal pillars;The rate of surface movement and deformation in the jump mining stage of the coordinated full mining technology is obviously smaller than that of the sequential mining,,but the rate of surface movement and deformation increases rapidly during the coal pillar recovery stage;Under deep conditions,it is also difficult to achieve full mining in multi face mining.In this case,the surface movement and deformation distribution of coordinated full mining and sequential mining schemes are basically the same.The surface deformation reduction effect of coordinated full mining technology under deep conditions is poor.
