摘  要:瓦斯抽采管路优化有助于合理分配抽采能力,从而提升瓦斯抽采效率。第一,提出了基于矿井通风网络解算的瓦斯抽采管路优化方法,并给出了具体实施方案;第二,对抽采管路优化方法的可靠性进行了分析;最后,开展了工程应用。其中,提出了通过改变管路阻力实现针对含多种瓦斯抽采气源的抽采管路压力分配的优化策略。结果显示,抽采管路优化方法可靠性较高,网络解算结果与实测数据误差小于1%;优化后,在满足优化目标的情况下,抽采管路瓦斯纯量提高了9.34%。The optimization of gas extraction pipelines can help to rationally allocate pumping capacity,thereby improving gas extraction efficiency.Firstly,an optimization method for gas extraction pipeline based on mine ventilation network solution is proposed,and a specific implementation plan is given.Secondly,the reliability of the extraction pipeline optimization method is analyzed.Finally,the engineering application is carried out.Among them,an optimization strategy is proposed to achieve the pressure distribution of the extraction pipeline containing a variety of gas extraction gas sources by changing the pipeline resistance.The results show that the extraction pipeline optimization method has high reliability,and the error between the network solution results and the measured data is less than 1%.After optimization,the pure gas content of the extraction pipeline increased by 9.34%when the optimization target is met.
