摘 要:为解决深部开采中普遍存在的巷道支护难题,突破矿山深部开采瓶颈、降低安全事故风险,研发适应深部托煤顶巷道的协同支护技术。以唐山矿0293工作面为背景,根据工作面赋存条件,基于摩尔库伦准则和现场监测确定了巷道围岩塑性区范围,对比未支护和锚杆支护巷道的模拟结果,锚杆支护情况下巷道塑性区范围明显较小。研究结果表明:采用摩尔库伦准则分析时顶板和两帮破坏范围分别为2.4 m和1.2 m,现场实测的顶板和两帮破坏范围分别为2.5 m和1.6 m;根据破坏范围设计了锚杆、短锚索、长锚索三层次协调支护方案。具体支护参数为:锚杆长度为2400 mm,锚杆和锚索直径均为22 mm。顶锚索长度选用10000 mm,帮部锚索长度为4500 mm。锚杆间距和排距设定为700 mm,锚索间排距均为1400 mm;现场位移沉降状况监测证明锚杆支护效果的可行性。To solve the common problem of roadway support in deep mining,break through the bottleneck of deep mining,and reduce the risk of safety accidents,a collaborative support technology suitable for deep coal top roadways has been developed.Taking the Tangshan Mine 0293 working face as the background,based on the conditions of the working face and using the Mohr-Coulomb criterion and on-site monitoring,the range of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway is determined.Comparing the simulation results of unsupported and bolt-supported roadways,the plastic zone range of the roadway under bolt support is significantly smaller.The research results show that the damage range of the roof and both sides analyzed using the Mohr-Coulomb criterion is 2.4 m and 1.2 m respectively,while the on-site measured damage range of the roof and both sides is 2.5 m and 1.6 m respectively.Based on the damage range,a three-level coordinated support scheme is designed,including bolts,short anchor cables,and long anchor cables.The specific support parameters are:bolt length of 2400 mm,with both bolt and anchor cable diameters of 22 mm.The length of the top anchor cable is selected as 10000 mm,and the length of the side anchor cable is 4500 mm.The spacing between bolts and the row spacing is set at 700 mm,and the spacing between anchor cables is 1400 mm;on-site monitoring of displacement and settlement conditions proves the feasibility of the bolt support effect.
