摘 要:为了研究煤矿井下甲烷/空气预混气体爆燃特性,尤其是获取激波和火焰的微观流场信息以及研究惰性介质阻燃剂抑制作用的机制。采用模块化思想构建中尺度激波管实验测试系统,包括激波管、泄压舱、真空系统、点火系统、同步控制系统、光学显示系统、压力火焰测试系统,其主要特色为:集成延时系统和同步控制系统,将甲烷/空气预混气体爆燃流场的微观信息作为研究重点;提出罐外预混思想,独立使用充沛气和预混气配制系统,可精确地控制预混气体成分和初始压力;利用BOPP膜片分离实验段与泄压舱,保证实验安全性。实验结果表明,本文构建的激波管测试系统不仅可以获取多个单一点源信息,还可以获得预混气体爆燃流场内部“看得到”的多元结构信息,为预混气体爆燃的点火机理、火焰的加速机制、火焰和冲击波的耦合过程和反馈作用研究奠定基础。In order to study the deflagration characteristics of gas/air premixed gases in coal mines,especially to obtain microscopic flow field information of shock waves and flames,and to study the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of inert flame retardants.The modular approach is adopted to construct a mesoscale shock tube experimental testing system,which includes a shock tube,a pressure relief chamber,a vacuum system,an ignition system,a synchronous control system,an optical display system,and a pressure flame testing system.Its main features include:integrating a delay system and a synchronous control system,focusing on the microscopic information of the gas/air premixed gas detonation flow field;Propose the concept of pre mixing outside the tank,independently using charging and pre mixing gas preparation systems,which can accurately control the composition and initial pressure of the pre mixed gas;Use BOPP membrane to separate the experimental section from the pressure relief chamber,ensuring experimental safety.The experimental results show that the shock tube testing system constructed in this paper can not only obtain information from multiple single point sources,but also obtain multiple structural information within the premixed gas detonation flow field,laying the foundation for the study of the ignition mechanism of premixed gas detonation,the acceleration mechanism of flames,the coupling process of flames and shock waves,and the feedback effect.
