北宋时期杭州地区的茶叶种植饮用情况与涉茶景观研究

摘　　要：杭州作为茶的重要产地与茶文化传承核心城市,北宋时期的相关研究一直较为匮乏。本文通过梳理北宋时期杭州境内的产茶、饮茶情况,剖析老龙井区域的景观营建与人文往来,考订老龙井与新龙井的兴替经过,明晰杭州地区茶文化的传衍与传播及对后世的影响。As an important origin of tea and a core city for the inheritance of tea culture,Hangzhou has received insufficient scholarly attention regarding its role during the Northern Song Dynasty.By systematically examining tea production and consumption in Hangzhou during this period,analyzing landscape construction and cultural exchanges in the old Longjing area,investigating the transition from old Longjing to new Longjing,and clarifying the dissemination and evolution of tea culture in Hangzhou,we can better understand its influence on subsequent generations.
