摘 要:针对航空发动机高温合金材料蜂窝结构的加工难题,提出并验证了高速电弧加工蜂窝的可行性,分析了高速电弧加工在提高加工效率和加工精度方面的优势。试验采用内冲液圆盘电极,研究了冲液压力对蜂窝结构加工质量的影响。结果表明,冲液压力对改善加工质量具有显著作用,尤其是达到0.6 MPa以上时能显著提高加工表面质量并降低电极损耗率,有效验证了高速电弧加工航空蜂窝的潜力,也为相关技术的优化与发展提供了理论和试验依据。Addressing the challenges of machining honeycomb structures made of superalloy for aero engines,the feasibility of blasting erosion arc machining(BEAM)of honeycombs was proposed and validated.Furthermore,the advantages of BEAM in enhancing machining efficiency and precision were analyzed.The experiments employed an internal flushing disc electrode,investigating the effects of flushing pressure and principal discharge parameters on the quality of honeycomb machining.The results indicated that flushing pressure plays a significant role in improving machining quality,particularly when exceeding 0.6 MPa,which notably enhances the surface quality of the machining while reducing electrode wear.This research effectively validates the potential of BEAM for aerospace honeycomb structures and provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the optimization and development of related technologies.
