摘 要:针对当前电火花小孔加工数控系统存在系统老旧、实时性差、集成度低等方面的缺点,设计了一种基于嵌入式多核ARM+FPGA+EtherCAT架构的新型数控系统。通过将上位机的功能合理划分为多个独立模块,并设计成不同的软件进程来运行,优化了CPU资源分配,从而提升了系统的可靠性和实时性。利用该系统进行电火花群孔加工、键槽铣削及簸箕槽铣削实验测试,结果表明,在小孔加工时的入口和出口的锥度误差小于2%,铣削加工精度有显著提升,表面质量也得到改善,显示了该系统在复杂曲线加工中的稳定性和可靠性。To address the limitations of the existing electrical discharge machining(EDM)small hole processing CNC system,such as aging hardware,poor real-time performance,and low integration.A design of a novel CNC system based on an embedded multi-core ARM+FPGA+EtherCAT architecture was presented.The system optimizes CPU resource allocation and enhances system reliability and real-time performance by decomposing the host computer’s functions into independent modules,each implemented as separate software processes.Experimental tests on electrical discharge machining of small holes,keyway milling,and pocket milling show that the CNC system exhibits minimal taper errors during small-hole processing,significantly improved machining accuracy during milling,and enhanced surface quality.These results demonstrate the system’s stability and reliability in complex curve machining.
