摘  要:针对大尺寸多激光选区熔化设备中,因规避风场内同一方向上下风位置处的烟尘干扰与避风等待而导致的任务分配不均问题,提出一种智能划分避风区域从而减少避风等待时间的方法,通过实际工件打印比较了常规避风分区与智能避风分区的打印效率。结果表明,采用智能避风分区方法所需的避风等待时间仅为常规方法用时的12%,且工件的致密度与力学性能并未受到影响,可为航空航天、汽车行业大型工件提升制造效率提供新的思路。Aiming at the problem of uneven task allocation in large-sized multi-laser selective melting equipment caused by smoke and dust interference and waiting for shelter in the same direction in the designated shelter area,an intelligent method for partitioning shelter areas to reduce alternant waiting time was introduced.The printing efficiency of conventional and intelligent shelter areas was compared through actual workpiece manufacture.The result showed that the alternant waiting time by intelligent shelter zoning is only 12%of that of conventional method,and the density and mechanical properties of the workpiece are unaffected.This provides new ideas for improving manufacturing efficiency of large-sized workpieces in the aerospace and automotive industries.
