摘 要:试验旨在优化桑白皮多糖(Cortex Mori polysaccharide,CMP)的提取工艺,为畜禽生产中合理利用CMP作为免疫增强剂提供参考。试验通过水提醇沉工艺提取CMP,在单因素试验的基础上,以CMP得率为评价指标设计正交试验,优选CMP提取条件。结果显示,影响CMP得率因素的主次顺序为提取温度>料液比>提取时间;CMP的最佳提取条件为提取温度90℃、液料比20 mL/g、提取时间3 h,此条件下测得桑白皮粗提物中多糖含量为59.29%,CMP得率为6.65%。研究表明,试验建立的工艺具有较高的提取效率,为CMP的进一步研究奠定了一定基础。The experiment aimed to optimize the extraction technology of Cortex Mori polysaccharide(CMP)to provide a reference for the rational use of CMP as an immune enhancer in livestock and poultry production.CMP was extracted via the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.Building on preliminary single-factor experiments,an orthogonal test was designed with CMP yield as the evaluation criterion to optimize extraction parameters.Results demonstrated that extraction temperature exerted the most significant influence on CMP yield,followed by liquid-to-material ratio and extraction time.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:a temperature of 90℃,a liquid-to-material ratio of 20 mL/g,and an extraction duration of 3 hours.Under these optimized parameters,the polysaccharide content in the crude extract reached 59.29%,with a CMP yield of 6.65%.This systematic approach highlights the critical role of temperature control in enhancing extraction efficiency while providing actionable insights for scaling up CMP production processes.The results show that the process has higher extraction efficiency,which lays a foundation for the further study of CMP.
