油茶林-苜蓿养殖模式对安义瓦灰鸡生长性能和肉品质的影响

摘  要:试验旨在研究油茶林-苜蓿养殖模式对安义瓦灰鸡生长性能和肉品质的影响。在3年生的油茶林下,选择同等大小的地块(12块)随机分为两组:清耕地放养组和油茶林-苜蓿草地放养组,每组3个重复,每个重复设1个轮牧放养小区,每个放养小区面积为300 m2,放养密度为115只/667 m2,每30 d轮换放养小区一次。油茶林-苜蓿草地放养组每只鸡每日精料补饲量为清耕地放养组的80%。试验期90 d。结果显示,与清耕地放养相比,油茶林-苜蓿草地放养组安义瓦灰鸡胸深、活体重、屠体重以及脾脏和十二指肠的重量显著提高(P<0.05)。与清耕地放养相比,油茶林-苜蓿草地放养组胸肌pH值显著降低(P<0.05),腿肌pH值显著升高(P<0.05);胸肌、腿肌粗脂肪含量明显降低(P<0.05),腿肌粗蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05);胸肌饱和脂肪酸癸酸的含量显著降低(P<0.05);腿肌铜和钙的含量显著降低(P<0.05),硒含量显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,油茶林-苜蓿养殖模式提高了安义瓦灰鸡的屠宰性能,改善了肉品质,为林下肉鸡养殖提供了重要指导。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of the Camellia oleifera-alfalfa farming model on the growth performance and meat quality of Anyi Gray chickens.Twelve plots of equal size(300 m²each)were randomly selected in a 3-year-old Camellia oleifera forest and divided into two groups:A clean tillage grazing group and a Camellia oleiferaalfalfa grassland grazing group.Each group had three replicates,with one rotational grazing plot per replicate.The stocking density was 115 birds per 667 m²,and rotational grazing occurred every 30 days.The Camellia oleifera-alfalfa group received 80%of the concentrate feed provided to the clean tillage group daily.The trial lasted 90 days.Results showed that compared to the clean tillage group,the Camellia oleifera-alfalfa group exhibited significant increases in breast depth,live weight,slaughter weight,and weights of the spleen and duodenum(P<0.05).The pH of breast muscle significantly decreased(P<0.05),while leg muscle pH significantly increased(P<0.05).Crude fat content in both breast and leg muscles decreased significantly(P<0.05),whereas crude protein content in leg muscle increased(P<0.05).Breast muscle showed a significant reduction in saturated fatty acid decanoic acid(P<0.05),and leg muscle displayed significantly lower copper and calcium levels(P<0.05)but higher selenium content(P<0.05).The study demonstrates that the Camellia oleifera-alfalfa farming model enhances slaughter performance and meat quality in Anyi Gray chickens,providing valuable guidance for forest-based broiler farming.
