摘  要:试验旨在探究西藏绒山羊妊娠后期蛋白需要量,为制定西藏绒山羊的饲养标准提供参考。试验选取16只体重(30.53±0.54)kg、健康状况良好的妊娠90 d母羊,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每只羊为1个重复。各组试验日粮能量水平一致,蛋白质水平分别为7.79%(Ⅰ组)、9.50%(Ⅱ组)、10.93%(Ⅲ组)、12.35%(Ⅳ组)。预试期7 d,正式试验期45 d。结果显示,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组母羊蛋白质表观消化率分别为53.47%、54.71%、56.62%和57.15%,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅳ组母羊蛋白质沉积率、平均日增重显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组妊娠母羊体蛋白质含量显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。日粮蛋白质水平对妊娠后期绒山羊血清生化指标的影响较小,试验期间各组绒山羊血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿素(UREA)、血糖(GLU)的含量及谷草转氨酶(AST)活性差异均不显著(P>0.05)。分娩当天,Ⅳ组绒山羊血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮蛋白质水平增加可提高母羊蛋白质表观消化率、沉积蛋白质含量和羔羊初生重。The experiment aimed to explore the protein requirements of Tibetan cashmere goats in the late stage of pregnancy,providing references for formulating the feeding standards for Tibetan cashmere goats.Sixteen healthy pregnant ewes at 90 days of gestation with a body weight of(30.53±0.54)kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups,each with four replicates,and each goat as one replicate.The energy levels of the experimental diets in each group were consistent,while the protein levels were 7.79%(GroupⅠ),9.50%(GroupⅡ),10.93%(GroupⅢ),and 12.35%(GroupⅣ),respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 7 days,and the formal experimental period was 45 days.The results showed that the apparent protein digestibility of the ewes in GroupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅣwere 53.47%,54.71%,56.62%,and 57.15%,respectively,but there was no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05).The protein deposition rate and average daily weight gain of the ewes in GroupⅣwere significantly higher than those of the other groups(P<0.05).The body protein content of pregnant ewes in GroupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that in GroupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).The dietary protein level had a minimal impact on the serum biochemical indicators of cashmere goats in the late stage of pregnancy.During the experimental period,the differences in the content of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),urea(UREA),blood glucose(GLU),and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)among the groups were not significant(P>0.05).On the day of delivery,the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the serum of cashmere goats in GroupⅣwas significantly lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that an increase in dietary protein level can enhance the apparent protein digestibility,the content of deposited protein,and the birth weight of lambs in ewes.
