摘　　要：1只4月龄雌性英国短毛猫因出现流涎、呕吐、共济失调和癫痫等症状来院就诊。经临床检查、实验室检查和计算机断层扫描血管造影检查,确诊为先天性肝门静脉短路;结合保守药物和外科手术进行治疗,包括限制饮食、抗菌消炎、控制癫痫和手术放置渐缩环。术后2个月内患猫血氨水平及各项指标恢复正常。结果表明,猫先天性肝外门静脉短路经内科治疗稳定体况后,择期手术放置渐缩环对患猫的生存期和生活质量至关重要。A 4-month-old female British shorthair was admitted to hospital with symptoms of salivation,vomiting,ataxia and epilepsy.After clinical examination,laboratory examination and computed tomography angiography,congenital extrahepatic portosystemic shunt was confirmed.It is treated with a combination of conservative drugs and surgery,including diet restriction,antibiotics and anti-inflammatory,seizure control,and surgical placement of a decreasing ring.Within two months after the operation,the blood ammonia level and all indexes of the cat returned to normal.The results showed that after the stable condition was stabilized by medical treatment,the choice of surgical placement of the reducing ring was very important for the survival time and quality of life of cats with congenital extrahepatic portosystemic shunt.
