摘  要:研究旨在了解辽宁地区禽致病性大肠杆菌(APEC)的流行情况,为防控临床鸡大肠杆菌病提供指导。从辽宁某规模化鸡场采集106株APEC,通过PCR方法对大肠杆菌9种毒力基因、8种血清型及8种耐药基因进行检测。结果显示,在106株鸡源APEC中,优势抗原为O1(33.96%,36/106)、O78(19.81%,21/106);携带ibeB(检出率96.23%,102/106)、FimH(检出率86.79%,92/106)、FimC(检出率83.96%,89/106)、YijP(检出率69.81%,74/106)等毒力基因;耐药基因gyrA、tetA、blaTEM、blaCTX-M、aac、sul1的检出率均在57%以上。研究表明,辽宁地区鸡源APEC的血清型复杂多样,且携带多种毒力基因和耐药基因。研究结果为辽宁地区鸡大肠杆菌病的防治提供了一定参考。This study aimed to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC)in Liaoning Province and provide guidance for the prevention and control of avian colibacillosis.A total of 106 APEC strains were collected from a large-scale poultry farm in Liaoning.PCR was used to detect nine virulence genes,eight serotypes,and eight antimicrobial resistance genes.The results showed that the dominant serotypes were O1(33.96%,36/106)and O78(19.81%,21/106).Key virulence genes included ibeB(detection rate 96.23%,102/106),FimH(86.79%,92/106),FimC(83.96%,89/106),and YijP(69.81%,74/106).Antimicrobial resistance genes gyrA,tetA,blaTEM,blaCTX-M,aac,and sul1 exhibited detection rates exceeding 57%.The findings indicate that APEC strains in Liaoning exhibit diverse serotypes and carry multiple virulence and resistance genes.These results provide critical insights for the prevention and treatment of avian colibacillosis in this region.
