摘 要:随着全球气候变暖,热应激已成为影响奶牛养殖业生产效率与动物福利的重要挑战之一。文章概述了热应激的概念及其对奶牛整体生理状态的影响,重点探讨了热应激对奶牛瘤胃微生物区系和血液生理生化指标的影响,指出未来应进一步深入研究热应激与奶牛生理功能之间的复杂关系,开发有效缓解热应激的策略,以保障奶牛业的可持续发展。With global warming,heat stress has become a significant challenge affecting production efficiency and animal welfare in the dairy farming industry.The article outlines the concept of heat stress and its impacts on the overall physiological state of dairy cows,with a focus on discussing the effects of heat stress on the rumen microbiota and blood physiological and biochemical indexes.It emphasizes that future research should further investigate the complex relationship between heat stress and dairy cows'physiological functions,while developing effective strategies to mitigate heat stress,thereby ensuring the sustainable development of the dairy industry.
