数字服务进口对其出口高质量发展的影响研究——基于出口技术复杂度视角的分析

摘　　要：数字服务是中国经济高质量发展的重要支撑。基于2005—2022年全球193个主要经济体的跨国面板数据,从出口技术复杂度的视角实证检验数字服务进口对数字服务出口高质量发展的影响及作用机制。结果表明,数字服务进口能显著提升数字服务出口技术复杂度,基于内生性问题和稳健性检验,这一影响仍为正相关。异质性分析中,数字服务进口显著促进高收入国家和中高收入国家的出口技术复杂度提升,而对低收入国家和中低收入国家影响并不显著;对保险和养老金等知识密集度适中的服务门类影响较大,而对金融、电信等技术门槛较高的服务领域影响并不显著。机制分析显示,数字服务进口主要通过扩大研发投入、丰富人力资本和提高生产率这三个途径,促进了数字服务出口的高质量发展。基于上述发现,为数字服务高质量发展提供了基于进口视角的经验证据及对策建议。Digital services are an important support for the high-quality development of China's economy.Based on the cross-border panel data of 193 major economies worldwide from 2005 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the impact and mechanism of digital service imports on the high-quality development of digital service exports from the perspective of technological complexity of export.The results show that the import of digital services can significantly improve the technological complexity of digital services exports,and this effect is still positively correlated based on the endogeneity problem and robustness test.In heterogeneity analysis,the import of digital services significantly promotes the increase in technological complexity of export in high-income and middle to high-income countries,while the impact on low-income and middle to low-income countries is not significant;The impact on service categories with moderate knowledge intensity such as insurance and pension is significant,while the impact on service areas with high technological barriers such as finance and telecommunications is not significant.Mechanism analysis shows that the import of digital services mainly promotes the high-quality development of digital services exports through three ways:expanding research and development investment,enriching human capital and improving productivity.Based on the above findings,this paper provides empirical evidence and countermeasures for the high-quality development of digital services from the perspective of import.
