摘 要:随着我国加快推进优质煤炭产能释放以保障能源供应,煤矸石产排量逐年上升,已成为我国累计堆存量和年产生量最大的一般工业固体废物之一。煤矸石处置对煤炭行业绿色可持续发展意义重大。本文针对我国煤矸石堆存量大、消纳能力不足等迫切问题,深入分析了问题存在的根本原因,提出大力推进煤矸石源头减量、产业化综合利用和生态环境安全无害化处置的技术路径,以期形成煤矸石处置全过程管理闭环,从生态环境保护的角度助力优质煤炭产能释放。With the accelerated release of high-quality coal production capacity to ensure energy supply in China,the generation and discharge of coal gangue have been increasing year by year,making it one of the largest general industrial solid wastes in terms of both accumulated stockpile and annual production in China.The disposal of coal gangue is of great significance to the green and sustainable development of the coal industry.This article,in response to the urgent problems such as the large stockpile and insufficient utilization capacity of coal gangue in China,deeply analyzes the root causes of these problems and proposes technical pathways for vigorously promoting the reduction of coal gangue at the source,industrialized comprehensive utilization,and environmentally safe and harmless disposal.The goal is to form a closed-loop management of the entire process of coal gangue disposal and to support the release of high-quality coal production capacity from the perspective of ecological and environmental protection.
