摘 要:煤基固废人工造土造地作为近年来的一种新兴技术路线,凭借其在大规模、低成本处置利用煤基固体废物方面的潜力,正受到政府、产业界和学术界各方的高度重视。本文介绍了煤基固废人工造土造地技术思路,阐述了其技术原理、主要特征及潜在效益;以该技术在贵州省开展的研发实践为例,展示了响水矿煤基固废人工造土造地工程的示范效果,有力证明了该技术路线的合理性及价值;最后,分析了该技术的发展现状和趋势,并对该领域的深入发展进行了展望。The man-made soils and manmade lands using coal-based solid waste is a new technological route proposed and emerging in very recent years,which has the potential for large-scale and low-cost disposal and utilization of coal based solid waste,and is receiving attention from government,industry,academia,and scientific research institutions.This article introduces the process of proposing this technical idea,elaborates on the technical principles,main features,and potential benefits;taking the practice of this technology in Guizhou as an example,the demonstration effect of a pilot project in Xiangshui coal mine was explored,and the rationality and value of this technology route were preliminarily proved;finally,the development status and trends of this technology were analyzed,and prospects for in-depth development in this field were discussed.
