摘 要:推动我国橡胶行业绿色低碳转型,促进行业绿色循环发展,对于实现“双碳”目标具有积极作用。本研究以厦门市橡胶行业为研究对象,分析其低碳发展现状,结果显示:2021年厦门市橡胶行业能源消耗以51.89%的热力和46.67%的电力为主;在碳排放方面,轮胎制造业对整个橡胶行业的碳排放量贡献占比最大,达到88.5%。研究还对橡胶行业减碳潜力进行核算,通过原材料替换、生产工艺改进、生产设备能效提升、管理优化、数字化改造及可再生能源利用等措施,预计年减排潜力可达135342.06 t。与“十四五”发展目标相比,2021年厦门市橡胶行业实际碳排放强度存在8.52%的差距,但基于本研究提出的减排措施,可满足2025年减排目标要求。另外,轮胎制造业的能耗强度是国内先进轮胎制造企业的4.21倍,在碳减排方面应给予重点关注。最后,提出通过优化混炼配方和硫化技术、利用自动化技术改造生产工艺及推广使用太阳能等可再生能源推动橡胶行业绿色发展等建议。Promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of China′s rubber industry and advancing the green circular development of the industry play an active role in achieving the"dual carbon"goals.This study takes the rubber industry in Xiamen as the research subject and analyzes its low-carbon development status.The results show that in 2021,the energy consumption of Xiamen′s rubber industry was mainly composed of 51.89% thermal power and 46.67% electricity.In terms of carbon emissions,the tire manufacturing industry contributed the most to the overall carbon emissions of the rubber industry,accounting for 88.5%.The study also calculated the carbon reduction potential of the rubber industry,and through measures such as raw material substitution,improvement of production process technologies,enhancement of production equipment energy efficiency,management optimization,digital transformation,and utilization of renewable energy sources,the annual reduction potential is estimated to be 135342.06 t.Compared to the"14th Five-Year Plan"development goals,the actual carbon emission intensity of Xiamen′s rubber industry in 2021 showed a gap of 8.52%.However,based on the emission reduction measures proposed in this study,it can meet the emission reduction targets for 2025.Additionally,the energy consumption intensity of the tire manufacturing industry is 4.21 times that of advanced domestic tire manufacturing enterprises,warranting attention to carbon reduction efforts.Finally,suggestions are proposed to promote the green development of the rubber industry through optimizing mixing formulas and vulcanization technologies,using automation technology to transform production processes,and promoting the use of renewable energy such as solar power.
