摘  要:热障涂层(Thermal Barrier Coatings,TBCs)被广泛应用在燃气轮机及航空发动机的热端部件上,为高温合金部件提供有效隔热防护。随着发动机工作温度的不断提高,现役氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)涂层在高温时效过程中出现烧结、相变及热生长氧化物(Themally Grown Oxide,TGO)等问题。因此,探索具有更高热膨胀系数的新型热障涂层材料与制备技术一直是材料科学家的关注热点。本文详细介绍了可用于高温热机热防护材料的研究进展、热传输机理、制备工艺与失效机制,并介绍了新型的潜在热障涂层材料体系。Thermal Barrier Coatings(TBCs)are widely used in the hot components of gas turbines and aero-engines,providing effective thermal insulation protection for high-temperature alloy components.As the operating temperature of engines continues to rise,the Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia(YSZ)coatings face issues such as sintering,phase transformation,and Thermally Grown Oxide(TGO)during high-temperature aging processes.Therefore,exploring new thermal barrier coating materials and preparation techniques with higher coefficients of thermal expansion has been a focal point for materials scientists.This paper provided a detailed overview of the research progress on high-temperature thermal protection materials,thermal transport mechanisms,preparation processes,and failure modes.And introduced novel thermal barrier coating material systems.
