摘 要:随着航空发动机、燃气轮机向着高推重比、高热效率的方向发展,涡轮进口温度(TIT)不断提高,热障涂层(TBCs)作为涡轮发动机热端部件中至关重要的热防护材料面临着严峻的挑战。研究表明,当燃气温度大于1 200℃时,热障涂层材料中辐射传热占总体传热的比例迅速增加,高温下热障涂层辐射传热特性研究显得尤为重要。综述了热障涂层材料、涂层结构对其辐射传热特性的影响,总结了热障涂层的光谱反射率、透射率、吸收率等光学性质与涂层材料及微观组织之间的关系,展望了热障涂层陶瓷材料辐射传热特性的研究方向。As aeroengines and gas turbines evolve towards higher thrust-to-weight ratios and improved thermal efficiency,turbine inlet temperatures are becoming increasingly stringent.Consequently,thermal barrier coatings(TBCs),which serve as critical thermal protection materials for the hot-end components of turbine engines,are encountering significant challenges.The research shows that when the gas temperature is higher than 1200℃,the proportion of radiation heat transfer in TBC material to the total heat transfer increases rapidly,so it is particularly important to study the radiation heat transfer properties of TBCs at high temperature.the research progress of radiation heat transfer properties of TBCs and microstructure in recent years were reviewed,and the relationship between optical properties such as reflectance,transmittance and absorptivity of TBCs and coating materials and microstructure were summarized,also,the future research direction of radiation heat transfer properties of TBC ceramic materials was prospected.
