摘　　要：细胞焦亡是一种新发现的细胞程序性死亡,主要特征为受NOD样受体(NLRP3)细胞通路介导,细胞炎性坏死并伴有大量炎性因子释放为其主要生物学特征。对痛风性关节炎(gouty arthritis,GA)的产生及其免疫调节具有重要意义。中医药在治疗GA上具有多途径、多靶点的特点,一方面抑制下游炎症因子的释放,从而抑制炎性反应的产生。另一方面可以阻断NLRP3炎症小体的活化从而抑制细胞焦亡的发生。笔者就NLRP3经典焦亡通路对GA的作用进行归纳、分析、整理,探讨近年来中医药干预细胞焦亡治疗GA的研究进展,以期为其研究提供理论支持。Cell apoptosis is a newly discovered programmed cell death,which is mainly characterized by the cellular pathway mediated by NOD-like receptor(NLRP3),and its main biological feature is the inflammatory necrosis of cells accompanied by the release of a large number of inflammatory factors.It is of great significance to the generation of gouty arthritis(GA)and its immune regulation.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-channel and multi-target in the treatment of GA.On the one hand,it inhibits the release of downstream inflammatory factors,thus inhibiting the generation of inflammatory reactions.On the other hand,it can block the activation of NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles and thus inhibit the occurrence of cell apoptosis.This paper summarizes,analyzes and sorts out the effects of NLRP3 classical focal death pathway on GA.To explore the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of GA by cell apoptosis in recent years,in order to provide theoretical support for its research.
