摘 要:绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是一种与绝经后女性体内雌激素生成减少有关的骨骼疾病,对患者身心健康和生活品质造成深远的不良影响。骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)具备多种分化能力,能够分化为成骨细胞、脂肪细胞、软骨细胞等不同类型的细胞,其成骨分化功能是生成新骨和维持骨代谢平衡的关键环节。但其面临着因衰老而导致的分化能力下降或免疫调节作用减弱等问题,笔者拟对骨髓间充质干细胞衰老与PMOP发病相关性进行综述,为BMSCs在PMOP的临床治疗上提供更多理论研究。Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a bone disease associated with decreased estrogen production in postmenopausal women,which has far-reaching adverse effects on the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)have a variety of differentiation capabilities,which can be differentiated into different types of cells such as osteoblasts,adipocytes,and chondrocytes.However,it faces problems such as decreased differentiation ability or weakened immunomodulatory effect due to aging,and author intends to review the correlation between bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell senescence and the incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis.To provide more theoretical research on the clinical treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis by BMSCs.
