摘 要:绝经后骨质疏松症是老年女性常见的慢性代谢性疾病之一,特征表现为骨密度降低、骨代谢异常、骨折风险增高,致残及致死率高等。GREB1基因是近年来发现的雌激素反应型基因。研究表明绝经后雌激素降低导致的脂代谢异常和骨代谢失衡之间可能存在相互影响和共同作用通路,其相关性也值得进一步深入挖掘,而GREB1基因则可能在雌激素对脂代谢及骨代谢的调控中发挥了重要作用。笔者从女性绝经后脂代谢及骨代谢的角度,就GREB1基因作用进行了深入分析,揭示了血脂异常与骨质疏松症之间的潜在作用关系和可能通过GREB1介导的共同发病机制,为绝经后骨质疏松症的防治提供新思路。Postmenopausal osteoporosis is one of the most common chronic metabolic diseases in elderly women,characterized by decreased bone mineral density,abnormal bone metabolism,increased risk of fracture,and high disability and mortality rate.Growth regulation by estrogen in breast cancer 1(GREB1)is an estrogen-responsive gene that has been identified in recent years.Studies have shown that there may be a correlation between abnormal lipid metabolism and osteoporosis caused by postmenopausal estrogen reduction.GREB1 may play an important role in the regulation of lipid metabolism and bone metabolism by estrogen.This paper provides an in-depth analysis on the role of GREB1 gene from the perspective of lipid metabolism and bone metabolism in postmenopausal women,and reveals the potential correlation and co-pathogenesis between dyslipidemia and osteoporosis.The effects of GREB1 in dyslipidaemia and osteoporosis may provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
