摘  要:双硫死亡是二硫键应激引发的一种由于二硫键细胞内积累导致肌动蛋白细胞骨架崩溃,导致细胞死亡的新型细胞死亡形式。研究发现双硫死亡与RANKL/RANK/OPG信号通路密切相关,但其具体机制尚未明确。笔者以RANKL/RANK/OPG信号通路对双硫死亡的发生机制的影响进行阐述,对其关系进行总结,为防治骨代谢相关疾病提供新途径。Disulfidptosis is a novel form of cell death caused by intracellular accumulation of disulfide bonds due to disulfide bond stress,leading to collapse of the actin cytoskeleton and cell death.Studies have found that double sulfide death is closely related to the RANKL/RANK/OPG signaling pathway.However,the specific mechanism is not clear.This article discusses the influence of the RANKL/RANK/OPG signaling pathway in the occurrence of double sulfide death,summarizes the relationship between them,and provides a new approach for the prevention and treatment of bone metabolism-related diseases.
