摘　　要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)和血管钙化(vascular calcification,VC)是老年人群中常见的健康问题,严重危害其健康和生活质量。在传统观念中,它们往往被认为是与年龄相关的独立疾病;然而,愈来愈多的研究揭示了它们之间可能存在着直接相关性,通常被定义为“骨-血管钙化悖论”。“骨-血管钙化悖论”是连接骨骼疾病与血管疾病的桥梁,笔者就钙化悖论可能病理机制以及相关调节因子进行综述,以期更好地理解其概念与产生机制,为探究同时靶向干预骨与血管的潜在治疗方法提供依据。Osteoporosis(OP)and vascular calcification(VC)are prevalent health issues among the elderly population,significantly impacting their well-being and quality of life.While traditionally viewed as distinct age-related conditions,emerging research suggests a potential direct link between them,often referred to the bone-vascular calcification paradox.This paradox serves as a bridge between bone and vascular diseases.This review summarizes the possible pathological mechanisms and associated regulatory factors of the calcification paradox,aiming to enhance understanding of its concept and mechanisms.Furthermore,it seeks to lay the groundwork for exploring potential therapeutic approaches that simultaneously target bone and blood vessels.
