摘  要:为验证转盘式吸烟机测量卷烟烟气数据的准确性,依据标准方法对卷烟总粒相物(TPM)和一氧化碳(CO)进行检测,并对检测系统进行了测量系统分析(MSA)。结果表明:(1)对于RM20H型转盘式吸烟机测量系统,测量数据的主要变异来自部件,其次是重复性;(2)吸烟机测量TPM合计量具研究变异11.41%,公差15.24%,吸烟机测量CO合计量具研究变异23.38%,公差26.14%,结果均符合判定准则,其中重复性大于再现性。In order to verify the accuracy of cigarette smoke delivery data measured by smoking machines,the total particulate matter(TPM)and carbon monoxide(CO)in cigarettes were detected in accordance with standard methods.Measurement System Analysis(MSA)was conducted on the detection system.The results indicate that:①For the RM20H rotary smoking machine measurement system,the main variation in measurement data comes from components,followed by repeatability.②The variation of the total TPM measurement tool for smoking machines was 11.41%,with a tolerance of 15.24%.The variation of the total CO measurement tool for smoking machines was 23.38%,with a tolerance of 26.14%.The results met the judgment criteria,with repeatability greater than reproducibility.
