摘 要:污泥深度脱水是污泥能够进行后续资源化利用的关键步骤,而分解污泥中的EPS(Extracellular Polymeric Substances)是有效提升污泥深度脱水性能的方法。通过介孔碳材料-过硫酸钾(OMC-PDS)体系,对含水率82%的造纸污泥进行调理,结合机械脱水手段,研究了OMC-PDS体系与污泥质量的最佳投放比例、不同受压时间、不同压力下对污泥深度脱水的影响,以及OMC-PDS体系溶液降解EPS的反应路径。经实验可知,对于200g的含水率为82%的造纸污泥,在加入4mL的1mol/L的添加了0.1gOMC的过硫酸钾溶液之后,可以使污泥含水率降低至40.6%。对比单纯的机械脱水,脱水率在相对低压3.14MPa的压力下最多提升30.5%。通过自由基淬灭实验与EPR测试,研究了该体系中对EPS进行降解的主要反应路径为非自由基路径(单线态氧)对其进行降解,通过对EPS的降解,从而提升污泥脱水性能。OMC-PDS体系通过非自由基氧化作用有效破解污泥EPS结构,结合低压机械脱水可实现深度脱水目标,为污泥减量化与资源化处理提供了可行的技术方案。Deep sludge dewatering is a key step for sludge to be recycled in the future,and decomposing EPS in sludge is a way to effectively improve the deep dewatering performance of sludge.The optimal dosing ratio of OMC-PDS system to sludge weight,the effects of different pressure times and pressures on the deep dewatering of sludge,and the reaction path of OMC-PDS solution degradation of EPS were studied by conditioning papermaking sludge with a moisture content of 82%by mesoporous carbon material-potassium persulfate(OMC-PDS)system,combined with mechanical dewatering methods.Experiments show that for 200g of papermaking sludge with a moisture content of 82%,the moisture content of the sludge can be reduced to 40.6%after adding 4mL of 1mol/L of 0.1mol/L potassium persulfate solution.Compared with simple mechanical dehydration,the dehydration rate can be increased by up to 30.5%at a relatively low pressure of 3.14MPa.Through free radical quenching experiments and EPR tests,it was studied that the main reaction path for the degradation of EPS in the system was the non-free radical path(singlet oxygen),and the degradation of EPS was carried out to improve the dewatering performance of sludge.The OMC-PDS system effectively cracks the sludge EPS structure through non-free radical oxidation,and combines low-pressure mechanical dewatering to achieve the goal of deep dewatering,which provides a feasible technical solution for sludge reduction and resource treatment.
