摘  要:为准确监测乙二醇有毒气体,采用水热法合成了镱(Yb)掺杂氧化锡(SnO2)传感材料,对其微观结构进行了表征,制作了传感器元件并进行了传感性能测试,以制作好的乙二醇气体传感器为信号采集模块,以STM32单片机为控制核心,以ESP8266为远程WIFI通讯模块,将数据通过OneNET云平台上传手机终端,搭配OLED显示屏、蜂鸣器和LED灯搭建了乙二醇气体检测系统。实验表明,制备的敏感材料为平面纳米层且表面具有小孔,含有Bi元素的杂质,制作的传感器最佳工作温度为200℃,对乙二醇具有较好的传感性能,研制的监测系统样机能够在预热20s后对乙二醇气体产生响应,实现了既定的性能。通过该工艺制备的传感器敏感材料具有较好的稳定性,推测是掺入的Bi元素污染物导致,在后续乙二醇敏感材料制备中可深入研究。In order to monitor ethylene glycol accurately,Yb-doped SnO2 sensor material was prepared by hydrothermal method,and its micro-structure was tested.The sensor was fabricated by the as-prepared material and the sensing performance was tested.The fabricated sensor was used to acquire signal,and STM32 was used as control core.ESP8266 was used as remote WIFI communication module to upload the data to the mobile phone terminal through the OneNET cloud platform,and combined with the OLED,buzzer and led light,the detection system of ethylene glycol gas was built.The experimental results show that the prepared material is a planar nano layer with small holes on the surface and Bismuth is also included.The optimal working temperature of the prepared sensor is 200℃,and the gas sensing to ethylene glycol is great.The prototype test shows that the monitoring system can respond to ethylene glycol gas after 20 seconds of preheating,and can display the current concentration of ethylene glycol in real time on OLED and mobile phone terminals.The material prepared by this process has good stability,which maybe caused by the added Bi element,which can be further studied in the future.
