生态文明理念下绿色环保纸质资源利用研究

摘　　要：纸质资源具有极高的可循环利用价值,建设纸质资源利用的生态文明理念体系对当前我国的纸制品产业发展和整体生态文明建设均大有裨益。基于此,针对我国纸质资源利用的现状进行了总结,阐述了当前我国纸质资源利用中存在的问题并剖析了形成这些问题的根源,从纸张使用的可持续思路、节约意识、规章制度、再循环使用等角度入手构建了一种绿色环保视域下纸质资源利用的生态文明理念体系,旨在为纸质资源的绿色可持续利用提供借鉴。Paper resources have very high recyclable value,and the construction of ecological civilization concept system of paper resources utilization is of great benefit to the current development of paper product industry and the overall construction of ecological civilization.Based on the summary of the current situation of paper resource utilization in China,the problems existing in the current utilization of paper resources in China are expounded and the root causes of these problems are analyzed.An ecological civilization concept system of paper resource utilization in the perspective of green environmental protection is constructed from the perspectives of sustainable thinking,saving consciousness,rules and regulations,recycling and other aspects of paper use.It aims to provide reference for the green and sustainable utilization of paper resources.
