摘 要:性能优良的电磁屏蔽材料,无论是抑制外界电磁波的干扰,还是保障重要领域的信息安全,都有着重要意义。芳纶纳米纤维(ANFs)有着良好的热稳定性,抗腐蚀能力强,且加工成型便捷,在电磁屏蔽领域有着广泛应用。然而,ANFs在电磁屏蔽方面的性能还有提升空间。过渡金属碳/氧化物(MXene)有着优异的导电性,将其与ANFs进行复合,可制得一种新型纳米复合材料。这种复合材料集合了各自的优势,不仅保持了ANFs易于成型的特性,还增强了材料的电磁屏蔽能力。通过本文的实验,我们以ANFs为基体,加入二维MXene纳米片制备了纳米复合纸材料,并对其化学成分、微观结构及电磁屏蔽性能进行了分析测试,结果表明其可良好满足电子器件的电磁屏蔽性能需求。High-performance electromagnetic shielding materials are of great significance,whether it is to suppress the interference of external electromagnetic waves or to ensure the information security in important fields.Aramid nanofibers(ANFs)have excellent thermal stability,strong corrosion resistance,and are easy to process and form.They are widely used in the field of electromagnetic shielding.However,there is still room for improvement in the performance of ANFs in electromagnetic shielding.Transition metal carbon/oxide(MXene)has excellent electrical conductivity.When combined with ANFs,a new type of nanocomposite material can be produced.This composite material combines the advantages of each,not only maintaining the easy-to-mold feature of ANFs,but also enhancing the electromagnetic shielding capability of the material.Through the experiments in this paper,we prepared nanocomposite paper materials using ANFs as the matrix and adding two-dimensional MXene nanosheets.We analyzed and tested their chemical composition,microstructure and electromagnetic shielding performance.The results show that they can well meet the electromagnetic shielding performance requirements of electronic devices.
