摘　　要：为了应对节能减排方面的紧迫需求,纸浆制备与纸张制造行业目前正朝着生态友好和低碳方向转型。在追求经济效益的过程中,对环境进行有效维护变得格外关键。虽然很多企业都在增加环保预算并加大污染物控制投入,但实际取得的成效不如预期,这在很大程度上是因为环保投资的经济效益不足。基于这种情况,对造纸企业环保投资的经济效益展开深入研究十分重要。在“双碳”政策的驱动背景下,对造纸企业环保投资的现状以及影响其经济效益的关键因素进行分析,利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法从经济、环境和社会这三个维度构建造纸企业环保经济效益的评价体系。通过准确判断企业环保投资效益的实际状况,揭示存在的问题并据此采取改进措施,以此推动经济、环境与社会实现和谐可持续发展。In response to the urgent need for energy conservation and emission reduction,the pulp preparation and paper manufacturing industry is currently undergoing a transformation towards ecological friendliness and low carbon.In the pursuit of economic benefits,effective environmental protection has become particularly crucial.Although many enterprises are increasing their environmental protection budgets and intensifying their investment in pollutant control,the actual results achieved are not as expected.This is largely due to the insufficient economic benefits of environmental protection investment.Given this situation,it is imperative to conduct in-depth research on the economic benefits of environmental protection investment in papermaking enterprises.Against the backdrop of the"dual carbon"policy,this paper analyzes the current situation of environmental protection investment in papermaking enterprises and the key factors affecting its economic benefits,and uses the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)method to construct an evaluation system for the economic benefits of environmental protection investment in papermaking enterprises from the three dimensions of economy,environment and society.By accurately judging the actual situation of the economic benefits of enterprise environmental protection investment,revealing existing problems and taking improvement measures accordingly,it is aimed to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of the economy,environment and society.
